Body Mesh
To create a structure for the fiberglass resin shell that makes up the body of Bub we welded 1/4″ hot rolled steel rod into the shape of our favourite 8-bit video game sprite. We’re at 800ft and counting.

Frame Construction
First step after stripping the cart down to a bare frame was to upgrade the suspension, motor, and speed controller. From there we added new lithium iron batteries and extended the existing frame with Aluminum I-Beams to allow us more room for passengers.

Pathway Light Cubes
After watching (and laughing) at a number of participants tripping and falling down the rather steep and unlit pathway, Troy slipped and fell down that same pathway. Finding this far less funny as an interactive experience, the light cubes were developed to light the pathway and prevent future incidents.

Creepy Dolls
A series of very unsettling dolls arranged along a usually unlit path at the FreezerBurn festival. Many of the dolls had glowing eyes or other features and strobe light effects were set to motion sensors.

The Temple
Troy built benches and corner pillars with LED lanterns to surround the main 2015 Freezer Burn Temple built by Justin Miller. The pillars had different messages coded into their side panels that were cut out by waterjet, topped with flickering LED lanterns. The Man Effigy
